Its first stages of the internal evaluation of the institution, as well as to the final stage of the procedure the external evaluation by experts and the authorship of the external evaluation report. We will also emphasis in the case of the Department of Informatics and Communications of TEI of Central Macedonia. Moreover, we will see the external evaluations of two other Departments of Informatics, the Information Technology Department of TEI of Thessaloniki and the Informatics Department of TEI of Athens. Finally, we will contrast the three Departments, in order to find their similarities and differences, as well as to see how an Educational Institution in the province can stand next to two Educational Institutions of two major cities of Greece.
