This article proposes an evaluation framework for hotel websites, which categorizes web information services into six information dimensions and also uses managers' and users' views. Based on the relative literature, the model proposes some improvements, taking into account certain aspects of the evaluation procedure. An application compares the performance of the top 25 hotel brand websites with the Greek hotel websites.
