In Greece it is beginning to gain attention in the last few years, mainly because it is an integral part of EU-funded programmes granted to the academic institutions. This paper presents students’ perceptions of education service quality as experienced at a higher educational institute of Greece. The survey used the original SERVQUAL questionnaire, in which only language adjustment was made, in order to fit in the academic environment.
