The content extends to 8 chapters. In the second and third chapters the internal and external environments of the business is analyzed. The next two chapters analyze the strategies and tactics that a business will follow to achieve its business objectives. The final chapter summarizes all the objectives to present a comprehensive picture and to identify the necessary business activities.en
